Terms of Sale

Article 1 – Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on [www.iconher.com] by consumers residing in the European Union. They comply with the French Consumer Code and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Article 2 – Products
Icon Her sells physical cosmetics and beauty products, described as accurately as possible on the Site, including ingredients (INCI list), usage, and net quantity, in accordance with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009. Photos are illustrative; slight color variations may occur depending on the user's screen.

Article 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in dollars ($), inclusive of VAT, exclusive of shipping costs which are shown separately before order confirmation. Icon Her reserves the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable is the one in force at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 – Order process

  1. Product selection and addition to cart
  2. Verification of cart contents and total price
  3. Entry/confirmation of delivery and billing details
  4. Selection of payment method
  5. Final validation ("order with payment obligation")

An order confirmation email is sent upon validation. Icon Her reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of a payment dispute, an existing dispute with the customer, or reasonable suspicion of fraud.

Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order via [credit/debit card, PayPal, etc. — list accepted methods]. Transactions are secured via [payment provider name, e.g., Stripe/PayPal]. Icon Her does not store full card details.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (transposing Directive 2011/83/EU), the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason and without penalty, other than return shipping costs.

Exception for hygiene reasons: In accordance with Article L.221-28, 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic and beauty products that have been unsealed/unpacked by the consumer after delivery and which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned. This applies to opened skincare, makeup, and similar products where the seal or protective wrapping has been removed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal (for unopened/sealed products), the customer must notify Icon Her via [email/withdrawal form] within the 14-day period. The product must then be returned within 14 days of that notification, unopened, in its original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of Icon Her receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Article 7 – Warranties
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), at no additional cost to the customer.

Article 8 – Applicable law
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory protections granted to consumers under the law of their country of residence within the EU.
