Order processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] following payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Order tracking

Delivery issues
If a package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@iconher.com within 24 hours of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Customs
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
