Return and Refund Policy

This policy complements Article 6 of our Terms of Sale above.

Standard returns (unopened products)
You may return sealed, unopened products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for a full refund of the product price (excluding original delivery costs, except in case of a defective or non-conforming product). Products must be:

  • Unopened, with seals/protective film intact
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and health protection reasons, and in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products (creams, makeup, skincare, or any item where the protective seal has been broken), unless the product is defective or does not conform to its description.

How to request a return

  1. Contact us at returns@iconher.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number.
  2. We will confirm eligibility and provide a return address/label.
  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of your return request, at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of return shipment is provided.

Defective or non-conforming products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within [X days] with photos where possible. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by Icon Her, and you may choose between a full refund, replacement, or repair under the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
