Terms of Service

Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the website www.iconher.com (the "Site"), operated by Icon Her. By browsing the Site, the user accepts these terms in full.

Article 2 – Access to the Site
The Site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. All costs related to accessing the Site (hardware, internet connection, etc.) are borne by the user. Icon Her uses reasonable efforts to keep the Site accessible but may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond its control, without incurring liability.

Article 3 – Account creation
Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. Icon Her may suspend or delete an account in case of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

Article 4 – Acceptable use
Users agree not to:

Article 6 – Liability
Icon Her cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Site, temporary unavailability, or third-party content accessible via external links. Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as possible but minor variations (packaging, shade) may occur.

Article 7 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the consumer may first contact Icon Her at mediation@iconher.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the consumer's country of residence within the EU.
