Informativa sulla privacy
Voici la clause complétée avec ces 5 outils (note : Instagram Pixel fait techniquement partie de l'écosystème Meta, donc je le regroupe avec Meta Ads dans la formulation, ce qui est plus propre juridiquement).
Clause "Recipients of data" finalisée
Recipients of data
Data may be shared with: our payment processor, delivery carriers, IT hosting/service providers, and, where legally required, public authorities. All processors are bound by data processing agreements. Data is primarily hosted within the European Union.
We also use the following third-party tools, which may involve the transfer of technical and/or marketing data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular to the United States:
- Meta (Meta Ads, Instagram Pixel) — for advertising and audience measurement purposes
- Google (Google Analytics) — for site analytics purposes
- Klaviyo — for email marketing purposes
- TikTok (TikTok Pixel) — for advertising and audience measurement purposes
Where such transfers occur, they are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or an equivalent legal safeguard, as required under Article 46 of the GDPR. You can find more information on each provider's own privacy policy regarding their data protection practices.
